The Shepherd's Voice

Portrait of GaleoGaleo is the current spiritual leader of the Little Lamb Fellowship, appointed by Brother David Kline in the autumn of 1983 and confirmed as the Shepherd's Voice upon Brother David's passing in 2010.

He was born within the Fold in the year 1971 to parents who had come to Brother David from Kansas City the year prior. From the age of twelve he was prepared by Brother David for his calling, through instruction in scripture, in the Root, and in the formal study of theology at a respected seminary.

A Personal Word from the Shepherd's Voice

Beloved lamb,

If you have come to this page, it is because the Shepherd has drawn your eye here. Do not be ashamed. The Wilderness is loud and it is tiring and many of you have been walking in it for a very long time.

I was chosen not for any merit of my own but because the Shepherd, through our dear Brother David, saw fit to name me. I am not a great man. I am a ram who was told to lead, and so I lead, with all the humility and definately all the love that the Fold has poured into me.

We do not ask much. We ask that you read. We ask that you consider. And if the Shepherd has ressurected a small hope in your heart, we ask that you write to us.

The flocks guidence is the Shepherd's guidance. Stay in the Fold, lamb, even if the Fold is only, for now, the hope of it in your chest.

    Yours in the Fold,
    Galeo

On Brother David

I was twelve years old when Brother David first laid his hand on my shoulder and called me a ram among the lambs. I did not understand. I was frightened. But the Shepherd does not ask us to understand Him before we follow Him; He only asks that we follow.

What Brother David saw in me, I have spent forty years trying to be worthy of. Whether I have succeeded is for the Shepherd alone to judge.
